igtf-policy-experimental software package provides 1.59-1, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install igtf-policy-experimental
igtf-policy-experimental is installed in your system.
Make ensure the igtf-policy-experimental package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep igtf-policy-experimental *
You will get with igtf-policy-experimental package name, version, architecture and description in a table
